MARINATED ITALIAN PLUM SALAD
Ingredients:
Tomatoes, Italian Plums, Zahtar Seasoning, Onions, White Wine, Chicken Stock, Olive Oil, Olive Bread, Lamb Jus, Vinager, Red Onions, Herbs, Sea Salt, Chives, Parsley, Pea Foam, Peas, Mint.
Grill the chop onions slowly and add slice tomatoes with Zahtar seasoning, white wine, chicken stock and olive oil. Simmer or put it in a low oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Marinate the olive bread with vinegar, red onion, herbs, olive oil and repress it over night. Have the marinated olive bread in a plate, put the seasoned onions on top of the bread along with the tomato. Pour the Lamb jus, mint and olive oil sauce over the dish and top it all up with pea foam.
