PASTA ALLA CARBONARA

Ingredients:

Guanciale, Eggs, Ricotta Cheese, Rigatoni, Salt & Pepper, Peas, Pecorino Cheese.

Cut the guanchale and cooked down. Take a couple eggs in a pan add ricota cheese mix together. Take rigatoni pasta and boil it. In a bowl have a couple eggs and ricota cheese mix with salt, pepper and boil peas. Add the pasta in the cooked guanchale, add pepper and mix it. Bring the pasta into the egg and cheese mixture and tossed. The egg begins to cook with the hit of the pasta, add pecorino cheese and a nice amount of pepper
